I got to spend a wonderful afternoon documenting the Blanton family. They are all so fun and relaxed! We like to keep family sessions casual and fun, so this was right up our alley! Enjoy!
OMG!! That’s Boothe Farley. I recognized her immediately. Mary, do you know her personally? I read her blog years ago when she so beautifully chronicled the short but poignant life of her daughter, Copeland. Boothe, if you see this, your writing forever changed the way I looked at grief and today as I practice professional counseling as a Christian and often counsel women through grief I think back on your words and recall them often. You were so honest and raw and free and that allowed all of us to be honest along with you. Your family is gorgeous and many blessings to you!
Yay! The Blantons 🙂 Love them all and especially the one with the bubbles!

hi tracy-
just wanted you to know i just read this and i SO thank you for your sweet words. they bless me four years later in ways you will never know. the Lord was so GOOD to me to allow me to get to carry that sweet girl… and to get to carry the legacy of sharing her story and seeing how, years later, it still affects people and gives them strength to face their own storms.
